Peaches as with all stone fruit, should be stored in a dry cool room at 1 to 2 degrees Celsius. Peaches are packed in a single layered carton to 3.5 kg.

Nectarines

Nectarines are available from late spring and throughout summer. Look for fruit with smooth, glossy skin without any soft patches.
